← SoundCode

Privacy

SoundCode stores the account and creative data needed to operate your workspace, process requested audio jobs, preserve project history and provide support.

Account and workspace data

We may store your account profile, projects, uploads, created assets, processing metadata, usage records, billing state, support requests and audit events. Access controls are applied to private workspace data.

Audio and external processing

When you explicitly use an external processing feature, the minimum required request data may be sent to the configured provider. SoundCode records the provider, model, job identifier, cost and provenance needed to audit the result. Provider features remain disabled until their production acceptance checks are complete.

Provider credentials are server-side secrets and are not sent to the browser. Generated provider media is copied into SoundCode-controlled storage before it becomes a reusable workspace asset.

Payments

Payments are handled by the configured payment gateway when enabled. SoundCode stores subscription and transaction state needed to grant entitlements, but does not store full payment-card details.

Your controls

From Account & Privacy you can update profile information, export your account data, sign out, and request permanent account deletion subject to required security checks and active-subscription handling.

Operational records

Security, diagnostic, billing and audit records may be retained for the period required to operate the service, investigate incidents, comply with legal obligations and reconcile transactions. Production retention values must match the deployed policy before public sale.

This page describes the product implementation baseline and does not replace the qualified legal review required before commercial launch.
